    ImpactXR Academy Student Waiver and Release of Liability

  **Waiver and Release:**

. **Acknowledgment of Risks:**

I, the undersigned, understand and acknowledge that participation in activities at ImpactXR Academy involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, and other unforeseen risks.

 

2. **Assumption of Risk:**

- I voluntarily choose to participate in the activities offered by ImpactXR Academy. I assume all risks associated with my participation, including those arising from the negligence of others or the academy.

 

3. **Medical Fitness:**

- I certify that I am physically fit and have no medical conditions that would prevent my full participation in the activities at ImpactXR Academy. I agree to notify the academy of any changes in my health or medical condition that may affect my ability to participate.

 

4. **Release of Liability:**

- In consideration of being allowed to participate in the activities at ImpactXR Academy, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue ImpactXR Academy, its owners, instructors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, while participating in the activities or while on the premises, regardless of whether such loss is caused by the negligence of the released parties.

 

5. **Indemnification:**

- I agree to indemnify and hold harmless ImpactXR Academy from any loss, liability, damage, or costs they may incur due to my participation in the activities, whether caused by the negligence of the released parties or otherwise.

 

6. **Media Release:**

- I grant permission to ImpactXR Academy to use my likeness in photographs, videos, or other media for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.

 

7. **Legal Provisions:**

- This waiver and release shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law. If any portion of this waiver is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall continue in full legal force and effect.

 

**Acknowledgment and Signature:**

 

I have read this waiver and release of liability in its entirety and fully understand its contents. I am aware that this is a release of liability and a contract, and I sign it of my own free will.

I, the undersigned, as the parent or legal guardian of the participant named above, hereby acknowledge and agree to all the terms and conditions of this waiver and release of liability.
